At Pine Hill Events, we charge only for our professional time. We pass any discounts or special offers we receive directly to our clients. Of course, we will bill you to reimburse us for agreed-upon expenses incurred on your behalf. Depending on the timing and scope of your event, we will bill hourly or charge a flat project fee.
No event is too small for Pine Hill Events to be of assistance. We are able to coordinate an event from beginning planning to completion, or help with small pieces of the puzzle along the way. Our popular “Event Check Up” is a great way to make sure the arrangements you’ve already begun are on target and a good way to reduce any planning-related stress.
After an initial meeting or conversation, we will submit an estimate for your review. After you approve the final quote, we’ll get to work. Our job is to make the planning process and the big day even more enjoyable for you. Our joy is planning events that bring people together.
