Calm, Cool and Collected

Working with Jean was amazing!  Not only was she a pleasure to work with, she was the glue that held our event together, especially when other vendors struggled to deliver.  She had great ideas, was honest about what was worth spending money on and where we could cut corners, dealt with problems with certain vendors without flinching, was a sounding board for every concern I had no matter how small, and never mentioned a problem without a solution.  She is calm, cool, and collected - and most importantly, produced the exact party we envisioned and did it with a good sense of humor.  We couldn’t have done it without her and will recommend her time and time again!

Jean planned and managed a corporate 3-day event for us and I could not have been more impressed with her work. She was detailed, thorough, thoughtful in her suggestions, and got to know our company and team well so she was able to anticipate our needs and convey our expectations to the event venue and vendors. Admittedly, I am not a fan of memorial services, but we were able to honor my father, in no small way, because of your kindness, diligence, and organizing prowess. I know it would not have been possible to host such a beautiful, fitting ceremony to honor my father's life without your care, attention to detail, and organizing prowess to ensure everything was perfectly prepared and operating smoothly. I know you worked extremely hard to make it come together so well. My Dad was my best friend, and concluding his life with dignity was extremely important to me – we could not have done this with such grace without your help. You offered support that I didn't even know I needed, and in doing so, you truly enabled me to be present and unencumbered for my Dad's perfectly organized ceremony.  Again, my sincere thanks for your help and the extreme diligence and attention to detail paid.

Jean not only provided great service, structure, and relief to our event organizers, but she fully embraced the spirit of our event, which in this case was a fundraiser. Jean was mindful of her hours, and our budget, and we will certainly be asking her back next year in a larger capacity.

Jean from Pine Hill Events was wonderful to work with! I was tasked with planning and hosting an open house for a new veterinary facility in Phoenixville. We were in a time crunch, and Jean was very responsive and able to get things organized in a short time. She handled the big picture items and was in constant communication, and created a week by week schedule and vendor contact list. The day of the open house, Jean was handling everything and made the day less stressful. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend her services to anyone looking to plan a successful event!

Jean worked with a virtual, remote team from the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation as our event planner to organize and execute our first 2-day patient education conference. She did all the legwork to find suitable locations for the event based upon our requirements, set-up visits to those locations and helped negotiate terms with the site once it was selected. She was instrumental in keeping the team focused on the details needing to get done and managed the timeline for the project plan, making sure each component was completed. She was a terrific intermediary for us with the team at the ACE Conference Center throughout the preplanning as well as during the course of the event. Her ability to get things done over the course of the event, manage the details and support the staff was critical to achieving a very successful first-time event that was executed flawlessly – at least as it appeared to the participants, which was the goal.

Guiding Light and Calming Presence

Jean was AMAZING! Like many COVID couples, my husband and I had a very stressful wedding planning process - we had to reschedule our wedding twice, moved to a new venue, had a large bridal party, etc. We were also planning our wedding across three different states - us in New Jersey, my parents in Philadelphia, and my husband's parents on Long Island. We all truly felt like Jean was the link between all three of us. She was such a guiding light and calming presence throughout the whole process. She kept things organized, thought of issues and solutions that no one else did for important items, and she completely ran the show the day of the wedding - coordinating with vendors, telling family and bridal party where they needed to be, working with the venue, etc. I can't imagine planning or executing my wedding without Jean - she is amazing at what she does and anyone would be lucky to hire her!

I’ve never used a party planner but figured a 50th anniversary called for expertise. Jean was a delight, open to suggestions and full of ideas. When she and our daughter decorated the room, she seemed like family. Later she faded into the background but watched over the food, drink, and service. We felt blessed to find her.

Jean not only made sure my day went EXACTLY (right) as I spent so much time planning, but she thought of things that I didn't. She was really quick to respond to any question I had.
